A Memorial Scholarship Fund has been set up in honor of Cesar Cortes. Cesar was a victim of school campus violence at Bellaire High School on January 14, 2020. The Alumni & Friends of Bellaire High School has set up a scholarship fund that will be awarded to a graduating high school JROTC student in memory of Cesar.
